Many people have died in the severe flooding caused by severe storms. According to the BBC, 120 people have died and many others are missing. Rescue efforts across regions such as Germany and Belgium are being impacted by power and clean water supplies being cut off.
Rescue operations will likely take many days if not weeks. Needless to say, Apple has rightly contributed to aid efforts in saving lives. The tech giant has a long-standing record of making donations to support humanitarian events and natural disasters.
