iOS marketshare rises
In data reported by Statista, Android market share has dropped by almost 8% over the past four years down to 69%. Meanwhile, iOS market share has grown from 4% up to 25%. A combination of factors is likely at play here including the impact of the pandemic and Apple’s extreme operational resilience, in addition to diversifying its iPhone and iPad line with less expensive alternatives.



Colour lineup for iPhone 14 revealed
The colour lineup for the iPhone 14 range has apparently been leaked. Though this should be taken with a huge pinch of salt. The rumour comes from a post that has now been deleted over on Weibo. The post claims that the iPhone 14 Pro will be available in Silver, Gold, Graphite and a new Purple. While the iPhone 14 will be available in black, white, blue, red and purple. The information was originally shared over on AppleTrack but was picked up by outlets before the post could be deleted.
